Shipping and delivery

What are the delivery times?

We process your order within 1 to 3 working days (Monday to Friday). Delivery then takes 4 to 12 working days. In total, you will usually receive your order within 7 to 15 working days. During busy periods, it may take a little longer; we will inform you if this is the case.

Are shipping costs calculated?

No, shipping is always free, regardless of the amount of your order.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your parcel via our tracking page on the website.

Can I still change the delivery address?

Yes, this is possible if the parcel has not yet been dispatched. Please send an email to info@saveliore.com. Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to make changes after submission.

Payments

What payment methods does Saveliore accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Maestro. Everything is handled securely via Shopify Payments.

When will the payment be charged?

Immediately upon booking. You will receive a confirmation email right away.

How secure is my payment information?

We use SSL technology to encrypt your information, such as credit card numbers. Shopify Payments complies with the strictest security standards (PCI-DSS).

Returns and refunds

What is the return deadline?

You have 14 days from receipt to return the item. You must notify us in advance; without notification, we will not process it.

What conditions must returned products meet?

The products must be unused, unwashed and undamaged, with original packaging and labels.

How do I report a return?

Send an email to info@saveliore.com within 14 days, stating your order number and the items concerned. We will send you a return form and instructions.

How long does the refund take?

After receipt and approval: within 5-10 working days via the original payment method.

Orders and order processing

How long will it take to process my order?

You will receive a confirmation email immediately. We will process your order within 1-2 days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

What if my order is delayed?

We do our best to deliver on time, but if unexpected problems arise (e.g. weather or carrier), we will inform you quickly and find a solution.

What if I receive a damaged item?

Please contact us within 14 days at info@saveliore.com med with photos or a video of the defect. We will quickly find a suitable solution.
